Anchor Events
Each year, Allies in Energy hosts anchor events to support the central theme of HECW. Our anchor events also include dynamic speakers and activities to further the mission of the organization: empower individuals, organizations, and schools with the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to inspire future leaders and enable energy workforce readiness, and curate meaningful networks and investments to harness the strength of collective efforts to address the opportunities presented by the changing energy landscape.

Register your event
We’re excited to have you join us as an event organizer and contribute to Houston’s vibrant climate and energy ecosystem. The heart of Climate Weeks across the country is the community organizing and events that take place during the week; you contribute to that pulse. Last year, we had over 3,500 registrants with more than 85 events, and we anticipate that number will increase again this year. All events must be submitted to the calendar by August 31, 2025. We recommend submitting your event as soon as possible. The earlier we receive an event, the more time we have to promote it to our audiences.
This guide will show you how to feature your event on the centralized HECW 2025 calendar.
