Houston, TX – The countdown is on for Houston Energy & Climate Week 2025, a transformative event that will bring together visionaries, innovators, and leaders from across the globe to tackle the most pressing challenges in energy and climate. From September 14-19, 2025, Houston will become the epicenter of groundbreaking ideas, bold solutions, and collaborative action.

This year’s theme, “Unstoppable,” celebrates Houston’s resilience and its unique ability to bridge sectors, ideas, and people to drive progress. Built on the power of “&, this year’s 2nd week is showing how the city of Houston is breaking barriers in space, energy, climate, artificial intelligence, medicine and the arts. With a packed calendar of events, Houston Energy and Climate Week promises to inspire, educate, and connect attendees in ways that will shape the future of energy and climate solutions.

An exclusive, invitation-only gathering hosted by Allies in Energy, featuring a fireside chat with industry leaders and a focus on unlocking hidden capital to reinvent America’s energy future.

Opening Ceremonies

A showcase of over 50 cutting-edge startups ready to pilot transformative energy solutions. This event includes startup pitches, interactive showcases, and networking opportunities with corporate partners.

Hack the Heat Hackathon
Date: September 17, 2025
Location: 708 Main St, Houston, TX
Sponsored by NRG and Octopus Energy, this is a hands-on innovation sprint where participants tackle real-world challenges in energy demand management. Open to coders, creatives, engineers, and policy thinkers.

24/7 Energy Abundance with Geothermal & Critical Minerals
