How to get there:
Public Transportation: For public transportation, place visit ridemetro.org. Richmond Ave @ Montrose Blvd
Parking Instructions:
- Visitors will park in the Maron Center Parking Garage. Parking Garage Entrance Graustrark
- Park any floor through the Visitor Parking Gate – parking rates apply
- Exit down the elevator or stairs
- Head East on Sul Ross Street into campus
- Jones Hall will be before you get to Yoakum Blvd.
- Registration and Check-In will be inside Jones Hall

What time should I arrive for the Closing Ceremony?
- It's recommended to arrive by 12:30 PM to allow enough time for parking and security check-in before the ceremony begins at 12:45 PM.

- The Closing Ceremony will be held at the University of St. Thomas-Jones Hall
Is there a dress code for the event?
- Yes, the dress code for the Closing Ceremony is business/business casual.
How do I access the venue?
- You can access the venue using the driving and parking details provided above.
Will there be parking available?
- Yes, parking will be available at the venue. Instructions and maps are included above.
Where do I get my badge?
- When you arrive at registration, find your badge by last name. If your registration was entered after Thursday morning, you must make a badge when you arrive.
I have a guest who isn’t registered. Will you allow registration at the door?
- If you register late, please email info@alliesinenergy.org or come to the event, and we can enroll you in person (provided the event is not sold out).
What time do we eat?
- Appetizers will be available during the Networking start from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM
What if I have dietary restrictions?
- The menu was selected with Vegetarians/Vegans in mind.
