Am I allowed to use the brands and materials?

Official HECW event organizers are permitted to use specific HECW brand assets to promote their approved events. Here's what you can and cannot use:

What you CAN use (with approval)

• HECW Official Event Badge: Once your event is approved, you may use the official HECW event badge on your event materials, website, and social media
• HECW event description language: You may describe your event as an official event of Houston Energy & Climate Week
• HECW social media handles: You may tag @HoustonECW in your social media posts about your event

What you CANNOT use without written permission

• The main HECW logo (horizontal or stacked)
• The HECW wordmark or logotype
• HECW photography or video content
• HECW sponsor logos
