HECW Optional Donation for Hosting an Event

Event hosts are encouraged — but not required — to make an optional donation to Allies in Energy to support HECW operations. This is not a fee or requirement to participate, but a way to contribute to the sustainability of the program.

Why donate?

HECW is a volunteer-led initiative that relies on community support to operate. Your optional donation helps cover:

• Platform and technology costs
• Marketing and promotion of all HECW events (including yours)
• Volunteer coordination
• Flagship event production

Suggested amounts

• Startups and nonprofits: $250–$500
• Mid-size organizations: $500–$2,500
• Large corporations: $2,500–$10,000+
