HECW Optional Donation for Hosting an Event

Our team of dedicated volunteers has worked tirelessly to create an unforgettable week of events. Help us defray costs with a tax-deductible contribution.  We strive to eliminate financial barriers for event organizers who want to participate in HECW. Therefore, there is no formal fee to include an event on the HECW calendar. However, undertakings of this magnitude still carry significant financial costs.  We appreciate any financial contribution you can make, though we encourage you to please consider supporting HECW at one of the suggested tiers below:

  • Organization with less than 50 employees: $100
  • Organizations with 50-100 employees: $250
  • Organizations with 500+ employees: $500
  • Organizations with 1000+ employees: $1000
