How to Add Your Event to the HECW Calendar
Once your event is approved as an official HECW event, you will receive instructions to add your event to the HECW calendar on Lu.ma.
Step-by-step process
- Submit your event application at Register Your Event
- Receive approval from the HECW Steering Team (typically within 1–2 weeks)
- Create your Lu.ma event page — HECW uses Lu.ma as its primary event management platform
- Submit your Lu.ma event link to the HECW team for inclusion on the calendar
- Your event goes live on the HECW calendar at lu.ma/hecw
What information you'll need
- Event name and description
- Date, time, and duration
- Venue name and address
- Registration link or instructions
- Contact information for attendee questions
- Event category (panel, workshop, reception, etc.)
