Houston community joins forces to launch the inaugural Houston Energy and Climate Week. 

Houston stands at the forefront of addressing the intricate challenge of escalating global energy needs while reducing emissions. A workforce, innovative technologies, progressive policies, and forward-thinking investors support it. Houston is leaning into these assets as a city, integrating traditional energy expertise with modern systems and hosting the first Houston Energy & Climate Week 2024. 

The week of September 9-13, 2024, will bring together the energy and climate community to showcase and discuss the most innovative and promising companies and technologies transforming the energy industry and driving a sustainable, low-carbon energy future.

You can sign up for a community engagement session or feedback session or subscribe to the calendar for planning between now and the week.

Speakers, panels, pitches, and discussions will occur at events across Houston, with several hosted across the Houston metropolitan area. Houston Energy & Climate Week represents an opportunity to unite leaders, investors, academics, and other critical stakeholders to enable the energy transition.  Other city climate week leaders will join Houston.
